I hired Christian as our in-house Graphic Designer and one of our Product Owners. He did a fantastic job designing our new company logo and website full of original graphics. Taking the initiative, Christian took the role of Scrum Master supporting my team with task organization, team cohesion, conducting daily meetings as well as weekly review and team improvement meetings. He played a valuable part in structuring the business in our marketing and strategy meetings. He was the lead developer for our product: The Innovation Box—where he conducted research, wrote the scripts, filmed, and edited videos packed with animated original charts and graphics. We hired Christian to design a logo for our company. We ended up not only with a logo we're extremely pleased with, but a solid company identity. Since receiving the finished logo, which included different file sizes and types and several different color schemes for different uses, we've doubled our marketing efforts and are excited to continue with our expansion.
